1. Membership & Eligibility

Sinful House is a private members' lifestyle social club. You must be 20 years or older to join and attend events, with valid government-issued photographic ID produced at the front desk on your first visit. Registration is mandatory at all times and does not guarantee acceptance. The club reserves the right to withdraw membership at any time, without explanation, where conduct impacts the enjoyment of other members.

2. Accurate Information

You must register using your real, accurate names, which are kept totally private; a public-facing username may be set. A 1,000 THB admin fee applies to correct deliberately false information at the front desk. No subterfuge within your registration or use of the platform is permitted at any time.

3. Tickets, Payments & Subscriptions

All ticket sales, deposits and subscriptions are final, non-refundable and non-transferable at all times. Transfers may be considered solely at management's discretion. Purchases may appear on your statement as Alternative Hospitality Co., Ltd, Yutani Corporation or His Eyes Only depending on payment method and currency. Exclusive subscriptions auto-renew upon expiry unless cancelled through your account settings.

4. Conduct & Consent

You are wholly responsible for your own sexual well-being at all times and must give and seek consent before any interaction. No means No, cyber or otherwise. Stalking, harassment, and rude, racist, homophobic, violent or abusive conduct will not be tolerated. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and solicitation.

5. Privacy of the Community

The platform's social network exists for member engagement around event attendance. Undue promotion of outside services, events or private meets, or attempts to divert communications to third-party apps, websites or telecoms, may result in withdrawal of access or termination of your account. Media professionals warrant to uphold the privacy of the club, its agents and all users at all times.

6. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues harmless against any claim or damages (including legal fees) for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by you or a third party, howsoever caused.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform or attendance at events constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
